I was offered a room with magnificent views of the mountains around Innsbruck. Everywhere was clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The location was marvelous, next to the train station.

I had a fantastic stay at Motel One in Innsbruck. The location was perfect, just steps away from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and modern, and I loved the ground window that provided a great view. The rooftop bar with its 360-degree mountain views was a highlight, especially for evening drinks. The staff was friendly and the overall design of the hotel was impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Innsbruck.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the limited food options in the bar and the lack of a kettle in the room, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience. The size of the room might also be a concern for some guests with larger luggage.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Motel One. The location was perfect, especially if you're traveling by train. It's within easy walking distance of the main train station and also the sights in old town. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They even remembered our faces and the floor we were staying on. The room was comfortable and clean, with great soundproofing. We were amazed at how quiet it was, considering it's right next to the train station. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
